Sam Thomas Boyd, born 7 June 1996 in Bath, is an English singer-songwriter and musician. He grew up with 2 parents and his 2 brothers Eric and Tom.

After releasing two EPs, 'No Love Lost' in February 2016 and 'Bobby P' in August 2016, Boyd rose to prominence with the release of his hit single "Lucky", which reached the top 20 in several countries around the world, reaching number one in Austria, Slovenia, New Zealand and the Czech Republic.

Boyd's debut studio single Needed Right Now was released in June 2014, but did not reach the top charts in the UK.
